AEG FACILITIES DOMINATES 2015 YEAR-END RANKINGS

WITH MORE THAN 10 MILLION TICKETS SOLD WORLDWIDE

The O2 in London Ranks No. 1 Worldwide for Ninth Consecutive Year

LOS ANGELES, CA (January 15, 2016) – AEG Facilities closed out 2015 with an impressive showing on Pollstar magazine’s 2015 Year-End Rankings of the World’s top arenas. Based on ticket sales, the top arena in the world was once again AEG Facilities’ The O2 in London. Overall, AEG Facilities’ venues accounted for 35% of all tickets sold in the top 20 arenas and 27% of all tickets sold in the top 100, based on concert and show tickets sales in 2015, with 22 AEG Facilities-affiliated arenas ranking in the top 100 worldwide.

In total, AEG Facilities accounted for more than 10 million tickets sold in 2015, accumulated from arenas across company affiliated venues located on five continents. Twenty-two arenas owned, operated or affiliated with AEG Facilities were named in the list of the top 100 arenas worldwide for the 2015 year-end rankings as compiled by the well-respected concert and venues industry publication, Pollstar magazine.

For the 9th consecutive year since it opened its doors in 2007, London’s The O2 topped the list with more than 1.8 million tickets sold in 2015. The Glasgow’s SSE Hydro ranked #3 with more than 1 million tickets sold in 2015. Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York ranked #2 in the U.S. and #8 worldwide while Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center ranked #6 in the U.S. and #13 worldwide and Miami’s AmericanAirlines Arena ranked #7 in the U.S., tying AEG to three of the top seven domestic venues.
