AEG Concludes Annual Season of Giving with Community Holiday Party

During company’s charitable holiday initiative AEG served more than 5,500 meals and donated more than 3,000 toys throughout the greater Los Angeles area

AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company, concluded its Season of Giving, the company’s annual holiday initiative that encourages its employees throughout the world to engage in charitable activities in their local communities, with a community holiday party near the company’s global headquarters in Los Angeles at L.A. More than 500 residents of the nearby Pico-Union district along with various Los Angeles County-based nonprofit organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, several neighborhood Boys & Girls Clubs and others, enjoyed free ice skating at LA Kings Holiday Ice at L.A. LIVE, a full dinner service, holiday crafts and games in addition to photos with Santa Claus.

As part of its Season of Giving initiative, AEG encourages its employees to participate in multiple service days throughout their communities, collectively spending thousands of hours volunteering and making a positive impact at local schools, homeless shelters, food banks and community organizations.

In Los Angeles alone, AEG employees volunteered more than 2,000 hours serving meals with various community partners, conducting toy drives at both STAPLES Center and StubHub Center in addition to participating in the company’s annual Service Day at Nevin Avenue Elementary in south Los Angeles.
