LA Galaxy to Partner with Los Angeles Police Department to Host Youth Community Clinic at 109th Street Recreation Center

AEG’s LA Galaxy to host free soccer clinic on Saturday, Aug. 26 as part of the team’s ongoing Community Clinic Series

As part of AEG’s LA Galaxy Community Clinic Series, LA Galaxy coaches will provide free soccer lessons and lead local youth through soccer drills and scrimmages alongside Los Angeles Police Department Southeast division officers at the 109th Street Recreation Center on Saturday, Aug. 26. Youth to participate in the clinic have been invited by the LAPD Southeast division.

Regular soccer programming with LAPD Southeast division is played at Hawthorne Memorial Park Futsal courts that the Galaxy and Chevrolet FC installed last year to create new spaces for the community to play soccer.

The LA Galaxy Community Clinic Series provides free professional soccer lessons to children in Los Angeles with corporate and community partners joining the esteemed LA Galaxy coaches and volunteers.
