Job Summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Benefits Intern will support the Benefits team in coordinating, communicating, and delivering employee benefits and wellness programs.
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting programs that directly impact employees’ health, financial well-being, and overall experience, along with the opportunity to contribute to visible, company-wide initiatives like Open Enrollment and wellness campaigns. The intern will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, build relationships across HR and the broader organization, and enjoy a mix of creative and operational work including communications and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and executing onsite fall benefits initiatives, including coordinating logistics with vendors, internal HR teams, and business units
- Support Open Enrollment readiness by reviewing, updating, and drafting employee communications to ensure content is clear, accurate, and engaging
- Support Financial Awareness Month (August) by helping coordinate webinars, tracking attendance, and assisting with promotions
- Review, create, and improve benefits communications and materials across platforms (intranet, benefits portal, guides, flyers, emails) to ensure consistency and accuracy, strengthen benefits education, and increase employee awareness and utilization
- Support AEG internal stakeholders, including Employee Network Groups and the Employee Engagement Team, on benefits-related initiatives and help drive inclusive engagement
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the AEG Benefits Team
Qualifications:
- An interest in People Operations and Benefits
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint, specifically
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Pay Range: $19.00-21.00
Location: Los Angeles (On-Site)
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
