Job Summary 

The Creative Services Coordinator supports the Creative Services team at AEG Presents by ensuring smooth day to day operations and providing essential administrative and creative support.

Essential Functions 

  • Partner with project managers to help push projects forward by quality assuring all creative assets - including digital ads, social/organic content, out of home (OOH), print, animation, video, and web deliverables. Ensure all assets meet brand standards, follow creative direction, and are delivered on time.
  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and help prioritize upcoming deadlines and initiatives.
  • Assist with expense tracking, reconciliation, and submission for the creative team by collecting receipts, organizing monthly spend, and ensuring all costs are accurately coded and submitted for approval. This includes maintaining up to date expense reports, tracking team budgets, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with finance to ensure timely reimbursement and accurate departmental records.
  • Support cross department communication by organizing project materials, gathering references, and maintaining documentation.
  • Support Creative Services leadership by preparing presentation decks for internal and external meetings.
  • Help maintain team organization tools, project trackers, and shared folders to ensure information is accessible and up to date.
  • Coordinate team outings, internal events, and other culture building activities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Of related work experience
  • Experience with managing calendar events
  • Experience in fast pace quick turnarounds and working with cross functional teams
  • Working knowledge in entertainment industry
  • Multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with either Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Must have strong work ethic, problem solving and prioritizing skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Preferred knowledge of project management tools ex: Asana, Jira, Monday
  • Creative thinker; “outside the box”
  • Preferred knowledge of the music industry

Payscale: $22.94/hour - $31.25/hour

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
