Job Summary:
The Premium Sales & Business Development Intern will support the Premium Sales department at Crypto.com Arena by assisting the sales team responsible for licensing premium seating products, including Private Suites, Tables & Lounges, and Premier & Lexus Club Seats. This role offers hands-on exposure to premium sales strategy, client engagement, and licensing operations within a world-class sports and entertainment venue.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Research
- Conduct research on prospective clients, including corporate accounts, high-net-worth individuals, and industry-specific targets
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities for premium seating products through market research and lead generation
- Compile research and insights to support premium sales strategies and outreach efforts
Client Meetings & Event Support
- Assist in scheduling and participating in client meetings (virtual and in-person) related to premium seating and licensing opportunities
- Join sales representatives on dark day arena tours and prospecting dinners to gain first-hand exposure to client presentations
- Provide support during select event days by assisting with client engagement initiatives and premium space activations
- Observe premium client service operations to understand the full lifecycle of premium seat licensing and retention
Qualifications:
- Passion for sports, entertainment and business strategy.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the spring.

Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
