In partnership with leading educators, industry, and community partners AEG’s job shadow program exposes traditionally underrepresented high school students to employment opportunities and potential career options. Through direct observation, hands on activities and close collaboration, students gain exposure and insight into potential career opportunities in sports and entertainment industry, as well as opportunities to develop their skills including resume and elevator pitch writing and public speaking.
