AEG Facilities Selected to Manage Louisville Urban League Sports and Learning Complex

Los Angeles, CA & Louisville, KY (June 26, 2019) – AEG Facilities, a stand-alone division of the world’s leading sports, venue and live entertainment company AEG, has been selected to operate the Louisville Urban League Sports and Learning Complex, a state-of-the-art sports and learning complex, located on 24-acres that will be anchored by a 4,000-seat indoor track and field facility currently under construction and set to open in 2021. The Louisville Urban League Sports and Learning Complex will host track clubs, school meets, NCAA and USA Track and Field Championships, as well as various entertainment events.     

As part of the multi-year, comprehensive management agreement, AEG Facilities will be responsible for all aspects of the facilities’ operations beginning with directing all pre-opening functions including overseeing the hiring and training of the venue’s full time staff and planning and executing the arena’s grand opening activities while managing key departments such as event operations, sponsorship and premium seating sales, booking, security, ticketing, guest services, finance, human resources and overall event management.
