Guest Services Staff will act as the primary provider of direct services to guests when they are in a venue.
They are responsible for providing a safe environment for all guests beginning the moment they enter the
facility. The incumbent will provide a variety of customer service duties on behalf of the venue for its guests,
in an expert, professional and friendly manner. This position will be first point of contact for all security related issues and will control the diffusion of incidents at the event. As a member of Guest Services, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service at all events, while providing directions and scanning tickets. The Guest Service member is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting guests with finding their seats, controlling access points.
The Porter position if one of the most critical behind the scenes positions at our venues, responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas of the venue including the main floor, mezzanine, backstage, bathrooms, bars, etc. The porter may be asked to assist with basic building upkeep and maintenance including changing lightbulbs, basic light construction tasks, painting, restocking cleaning supplies, and more as needed. An ideal candidate is trustworthy, self-reliant, and responsible.
The Box Office Staff is responsible for communicating information regarding the location, event, seating options,
price structures, and other details to help guests select the best event ticket option. They will process ticket
orders and collects payments.
The Stagehand is responsible for performing all setup before, during, and after events which includes, but is not limited to, assembling and disassembling production equipment on stage. In addition, the Stagehand will work closely with and assist carpenters with scenery build, installation, video, sound and light production.
The Production Runner is responsible for assisting and transporting event materials to and from the venue or event in a safe and efficient manner. This position is the “go to” person for various production and artist requests to fulfill production needs and the artist rider.
Golf Cart Staff will be responsible for checking and reviewing driver’s license for the distribution and operation of golf carts and work closely with Artist Liaisons to ensure artists get to and from the stages. Additionally, this position will ensure maintenance and proper usage of golf carts.
The Catering Staff will assist the kitchen staff in preparing and serving meals. Additionally, the Catering Staff will prep ingredients, maintain refreshment availability, while ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen area.
