Real Pirates Houston, TX

Real Pirates brings the classical age of piracy to life through an exploration of more than 200 artifacts recovered from the wreck site of the Whydah, the first fully authenticated pirate ship discovered in U.S. waters. This collection of treasures, jewelry, weaponry and 18th century daily items recovered from the ocean floor was on display at The Field Museum in Chicago, IL through October, 2009, and is now open at Nauticus in Norfolk, VA.
