America I AM National Exhibit

The African American Imprint is the most comprehensive look at nearly 500 years of African American contributions to this country through 200 objects, text, music, narration and media culled from every period of the nation's history. Presented by Tavis Smiley, the exhibition will travel to ten cities over four years, having begun in Philadelphia, Atlanta and Los Angeles in 2009 and continuing to 2010 and beyond.
