• 65,000 seat stadium with 18 suites, 64 loge box seats, 48 ledge table seats, and 338 club seats • $1.9 billion stadium project • Home of Las Vegas Raiders of the NFL and UNLV Rebels (NCAA football) • Will host over 40 events annually including NFL, NCAA football including the Las Vegas Bowl and the Pac-12 football championship game, other collegiate events, major concerts, family shows, and community and charity events • ASM Global provides pre-opening services and will provide all management, operational and marketing services including: general management and operation services; maintenance, engineering and custodial services; security and crowd control; event operations; capital management and planning; financial and operational reporting; vendor negotiation and procurement; landscape and maintenance; and marketing and event booking.
