All AEG EXPO out of town U.S. based travelers are required to book via AXIOM. When booking wherever possible please consider:
- Using Delta airlines as your preferred airline and refer to below procedure on how to book your travel via AXIOM.
- In support and coordination with our AEG 1EARTH environment commitment, please book your travel with other team members from your facility to help.
To maximize resources available to AEG, below are recommendations in order of priority for booking air travel:
- Book your travel via AXIOM (U.S. based employees)
- Book your travel via American Express Business Travel
AXIOM
To book your travel via AXIOM, log into AXIOM with the following link: https://aegtravel.axo20.com. Registration is required to access the website. Login details are typically first initial and last name. In the event you have forgotten your password, click the "forgot your username or password" link on the home page. If you have not yet registered in AXIOM, please contact Joanie Mulready.
AEG preferred airlines are Delta Airlines, American Airlines, United Airlines, and Cathay Pacific and are highlighted as such on the AEG travel portal.
American Express Business Travel
Call AEG's designated travel team at American Express Business Travel at 800-255-1028. AEG preferred airline pricing will be offered to you to best suit your schedule parameters.
Visa and Passport Information
Be sure to check your travel/visa requirements before you fly.
- Visit Travisa, AEG's visa and passport service
- Visit ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization), for international travelers
